The Marshside Surgery is a GP Practice located on Fylde Road in Marshside. The practice boundary covers Crossens, Marshside and Churchtown as far as Park Road West. We look after approximately 3100 patients.

Clinicians

We are a small and friendly surgery, managed as a single-handed GP practice by Dr Robert Caudwell, as well as regular sessional GPs, Dr Emma Bouskill and Dr Cathy Lloyd. In addition to the doctors, we have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who can help with minor ailments and prescribe and refer as appropriate.

Nursing team

We also have a nursing team which is made up of a practice nurse, health care assistant and general (HCA) practice assistant (GPA). They are here to deal with a whole range of appointments including annual reviews of long-term health conditions, diagnostic procedures, and contraceptive care.

Personal Medical Services (PMS) contract

The practice team deliver a full range of clinical services under our Personal Medical Services (PMS) contract with NHS England.
